Example: Snake bite dream meaning?

Last night I had a dream that I was bitten by a snake multiple times on my hand. I was up in the mountains and an old man gave me a snake that kept biting me. It wasn't a scary snake but I remember in the dream saying to myself how cute the snake was. It was small and slim. I remember having to do a "quest" where I had to get the snake he gave me to put it into a take with another snake. But the snake in the other tank was too dangerous for that snake. After I put the snake in the tank I learned that the snake wasn't dangerous to the other one. The snake that bit me was not poisonous. What does this dream mean?

Most dreams are messages from the subconscious mind. You are just processing daily thoughts, feelings and events in the dream.

Snakes can mean many things as a dream symbol. Sometimes they mean nasty people who would harm and betray us; sometimes they symbolize sex and the male appendage; sometimes snakes symbolize transformation of a high and spiritual level.

This sounds like a spiritual initiation dream from the details; sometimes, we are initiated onto the spiritual path through painful experiences (symbolizes by the snake bite) that awaken us to who we really are.

Being bitten in our hands = hands=work i.e. life path

Example: What does this (kind of reoccurring) dream mean?

So for the past couple of months have been having this dream every couple of days. And I guess it's not EXACTLY reoccurring since the situations are different, but the people are the same.
I always start out as a man with black hair (I'm a female in real life) and I start out on a "quest" or something, as I said, the situations are different. And then about halfway through this "quest" I meet this girl with long blonde hair in a dark green dress. (In real life I have blonde hair but it's shoulder length) And the woman looks like me, but older. And then I switch over to being that girl, and then me and the man fall in love. And then I wake up. And the quests are generally medieval, like sword fights and stuff.
Sorry if that was long.
Any suggestions?

Example: Recurring Dream Meaning?

When I was little, I used to have this really weird, recurring dream, and I recently had it again, even though it's been at least five years.

What happened was I was a dinosaur in the beginning (I used to love the Land Before Time movies, and I think that was even said in the dream), and I went to my grandparent dinosaur's house. That's usually when I became human. There was a shelf with movies on it, but my grandpa always told me not to touch the one called "Fifty Years Ago," saying that it was dangerous. But, of course, I didn't listen and I was transported five hundred years in the past. It was like a prehistoric land, sometimes mountain and sometimes jungle. This is usually where details got blurred, but I was trying to make my way across the forest to get back to my time machine (don't ask where the time machine came from; I never figured that out). It was dangerous, and a meteor shower started, and they all started falling to Earth, but I made it to a long stretch of rocky ground. My time machine was at the other end, but I was being chased by something I couldn't see. I just know I was there. I would get just feet away when I woke up. It bothered me for the whole time I had the dream because I was never allowed to see if I made it back home until the last time I had the dream (before the other night), and did make it. Well, I had the dream again, but something was different. I was older for one thing, and even in the dream, I was getting deja-vu. And, once again, I didn't get to find out if I made it home.

Anyone have any idea what this dream could mean?

Example: What does dreaming about fish mean?

Last night I dreamt that I went out on a boat and caught a bunch of fish. I hate fish, and would never go fishing but in the dream I had no fear of them, and felt proud and happy to have caught them. What does this mean?

Example: What does my dream mean?

Here's the full detail of the dream. Everything that I was feeling and happening.

I'm swimming in a ocean, I see a huge shark come towards me. I panic and the shark bites off my leg. I try to scream but nothing comes out, so I'm forced to swim on my one leg towards the beach. Panting hard and losing energy, the sharks seems to get nearer to me as the beach get further away. Then I wake up.

What does it mean? I've head this dream twice and I always awake up before I find out if I survive or not.

Example: What does my dream mean?

what does my dream mean, this is what happened; So I was visiting this place with loads of different buildings, it was kinda like a soroity place in the layout of slums but fancy slums (if you get me), but the building were on top of each other but not in a messy way. And all of them were different, I specifically remember a couple which were kinda Indian/ Buddhist layout, they had scarves ceiling to floor, and another one was a little cottage thing, the main room to all of them only had three walls so it was open to all. I was with this guy, i dont remember who he was, i just know i liked him and i think he liked me, so we were talking a tour of this place and our tour guide was faceless but i remember she had blonde curls, we didn't see much of her. Anyway we had to get to the temple at the end of all of these houses. we got to it and it had stone steps up to it and huge pillars three on each side with a gap were an entrance should be in the middle. there was no entrance. And then we realised we had to get into the temple (there were many people surrounding us and they had to get in too) water began to flood us lifting us higher, we had to get in before we drowned and at the top of the temple in between the pillars there was a circle window and some holes in the wall. But they were covered by planks of wood and I helped people break them off and get into the temple for safety, after most of the people were in I followed but the guy grabbed my arms and said he had to go do some heroic act (I cant remember what it was) and he hugged me and left. I mad my into the temple and the water was in there but I wasn't scared I just pulled myself onto one of the floating tables and looked at the people around me gathered on other floating bits of wood, they all looked to me as though I was there savoir and I was the one in charge that would get us through this. the water in the temple was whirling steadily in a clockwise direction but we weren't scared, this water was okay. And then I started planning what we would do about food as it was as though we were in an apocalypse. And then I woke up.
Can anyone make any thing of this apart from the fact my mind is weird?

Example: What does my dream mean?

it started when my dad told me that we were going to drive to the southern part of the state, and i instantly fell asleep. i woke up as we drove up to a couple of houses out in the middle of no where. we saw a bobcat and watched it walk back into the woods, then my grandma came out and she was skinny and not as old looking. we went into the house and all the rooms were on the 2nd story, they told me we were staying for a while, and i complained that i didn't have extra clothes or a phone charger. and i just sat on the bed the left me with in a small room and i watched tv. there was an old window with frail curtains behind me that looked out onto the back yard.
and it suddenly got dark outside. all the sudden my tv went mute and someone played a violin behind my head outside the window, so i freaked and darted out of the room.

the went to look and see what was at the window, but whatever/whoever it was left, or was hiding. so i went back to watching tv and it happened again, but this
