Example: What does my dream mean?

I had a dream last night that this guy who i apparently "stood up" was in.we were at work and i was avoiding him but my other co-workers planned to get me to talk to him by making him come over to me while i was cleaning something up.As soon as he walked over to me, i looked into his eyes and couldnt say anything. I then woke up.

We talked like during the end of the summer, so what do you think this meant?

also, he refuses to talk to me now and ive apoligized multiple times with no reponse back

Many people think that dreams mean something. But that isn't necessarily true. Dreams actually mean nothing. Although it probably is not what you want to hear, but it is the truth! Modern medicine has proved that dreams are nothing more than a succession of images recalling past memory. I'm sorry if this is not what you want to believe.
I will start off telling you that ALL dreams mean nothing! Dreams just express you or your emotions, they express what you feel and what you do in real life. thats why they feel so real. Dreams cannot create people, places and things thats another reason why they feel so real! dreams recall past memory, -for example if you see a person you don't recognize in dreams, you probably saw him before on TV or walking in the street (you probably didn't pay attention to them). Dreams express your emotions and thoughts in a negative way

Nothing. The dream was about nothing. dreams mean nothing they just express your emotions and feelings in a symbolic way.

Dreams are simple synapses in your brain firing off all sorts of things. Your brain gathers all this random information, sights, sounds and so forth. And as you are sleeping, these sights and essentially memories are jumbled up into one big mess, just random nonsense, and your brain works and works for an hour or so trying to create a nice little story with all of these sights and sounds because it wants to make sense of it. It wants to make sense out of nonsense! So, then you end up with this dream. This happens several times in one night but when you wake up, you forget all of them, and when you do remember one of them, when you do remember at least one dream, we try to make sense of it. We tell ourselves, what is this? What could it mean. When in reality, it means nothing, it is just complete nonsense. So stop trying to make sense of it, it is nothing!

Dreams are a succession of images, ideas, emotions and sensations occurring involuntarily in the mind during certain stages of sleep.

Example: What does this reoccurring dream/nightmare mean?

ok, so up until i was about 16 or so i had this odd reoccurring dream
in the dream it is the middle of the night outside, i am naked with a black sword in my hand, and i am hiding behind something watching an angry mob run by (torches and all) without noticing me
i can't really remember what happens after that...but i don't remember them ever finding me

can anyone tell me what that means?

Example: What could my bizarre dream mean?

So last night I had a really weird dream mostly about a former friend, his girlfriend, and me. It started at like an all school party. I never saw the two of them come in but all of a sudden I start arguing with the two of them from across the party. She would say something bad about then I would come right back at her. When he would tell us to stop fighting I would yell at him and say he was a dumb @ss or tell him to get out of the conversation. Then all of a sudden everyone was gone except me and two of my best friends, we were in what seemed to be my kitchen and we were eating peanut butter Oreos. Then my older brother comes up stairs and says “they took a picture without you like the kind with the hole and they tag you in the gap.” So I go down stairs and the girl friend says “she won’t do it”. She and I can’t seem to get along no matter what (in real life). I wrap my arms around them and say “let’s do this $h!t.” We took the picture and then she and I take one hugging. After that my mom comes down stairs and starts asking her about her and her boyfriend. I turn to my former friend (who I haven’t talked to in person since early December). He has tears running down his face I gently wipe them away with my thumbs, hug him and ask what’s wrong. He holds me and says "I’ve been so worried about you.” We just stand there holding each other crying until I wake up.

What could it all mean?

Example: What does my dream mean?

I was walking down a street in what looked like a forest area. On the right side of the street I saw a car in a ditch and when I got closer I saw a very pretty lady beside it. She was laying down so I got closer to see if she was hurt. When I called out to her she woke up and she said,"Oh hello! I must have fallen asleep." Then she looked at her car and said,"Wow haha you think this ditch would have killed me and my car!" I don't quite remember what happened next but I do remember following her deeper into the forest and going to a wooden playground. I think I climbed on and then three different types of animals appeared. They were snakes, a kitten, and a dog. The snakes started getting close to me and I got really freaked out until I picked one up. All the snakes were green but they felt very different from what I remember a snake feeling like from when I was younger. This one felt dry by it looked normal. They didn't have teeth which surprised me because these snakes were sort of large. I heard a little girls voice coming from inside the slide telling me to give them to her so I put them down and they went to her. Next a kitten showed up. It was a black and white kitten and it didn't like me touching it but it cuddled up next to me and fell asleep. Next a very very large dog showed up. It was also black and white. It was so large that when it stood up from the ground its paws were able to rest on the level I was on. This dog was playful and very friendly. I looked up and saw the woman again sitting on the monkey bars. I finally notcied her features and she was very beautiful. She had medium length brown hair which is waht I have always wanted. Her eyes were soft and the perfect size and shape which reminded me of my left eye. Her lips were shaped like mine but were a lighter natural shade. Then I finally woke up. I find it strange to have a dream like this because I'm only 13 and usually I can't remember a dream but this one I remember quite well.

What does it mean when you have a dream that you are standing on salt?

Example: What did my dream mean?

My dream started in the forest near my home, there is a small hill (+-20 metres high) which I climbed together with my dad. In front of us walked an old lady, I tried to catch her up, I succeeded, and I was suddenly in Kazakhstan. It was Beautiful, I was on a hill now, which was part of the city. I saw old skyscrapers from the Soviet time waking up in the mist, with mountains behind me. 2 mountains actually, which stood straight next to each other, with the flats in the middle. I walked further on the mountain, where I saw a restaurant which is near my house. And I saw a red cross hospital. I saw a Kazakh man I didn't recognize looking at me, I looked back and I thought I remembered him from something. I walked to him together with my dad (my dad wasn't impressed by the landscape, he found it horrible) and he said I should buy some new clothes.

I stepped in a teleportmachine to another country I love: Singapore. I ended in a huge shopping male in the sky which was connected with bridges (there were 3 pillars). I saw a women I didn't recognize and I saw a man walking next to her. When I saw that man I recognized him: it was me, but then in my mid 30's. I walked thru the shopping mall, surprised by all the high skyscrapers. I teleported back to Kazakhstan where the man nods at me. I walked further on the mountain and the dream ended.

Example: Meaning of this dream?

I have this reoccurring dream. More of a nightmare, really. I'm walking down the sidewalk on a familiar street, one that I take almost daily. It's pouring rain, it's hard to see and my whole body feels heavy. The rain in SO LOUD, it sounds like a fast moving river during a bad storm. Up ahead, I see my boyfriend, and he starts to cross the street. I know he's going to die before he even leaves the sidewalk. I start to scream but the few people around can't hear me, or won't acknowledge me. I keep screaming and run towards my boyfriend, but no matter how fast I run, I'm going at a walking pace. I finally get to him, as he steps off of the curb, and a car whooshes around the corner, I see black, hear a terrible thunk, and then I wake up sweating and crying. I have this dream often, sometimes a few times a week, sometimes only once or twice a month. What on earth could this mean? And is there any way to prevent it? I know I probably sound stupid because it's just a dream, but it's started effecting my sleep and I'm tired of waking up in tears! :(
